"Did I really just pull that off?!"
Those were my thoughts after my first 1800 person event, overseas with a team I had never met in person.
This was my largest project to date. I was using a newly built (by me) POS system that was made for retail, not for gifting. And we were introducing our belts for the first time. I mean, what could possibly go wrong?!
I'm not sure if it was my intense organizational skills or an act of God, but surprisingly not much did go wrong during this two week stint. In fact, it was quite the opposite and it felt almost too smooth to be true.

Despite the multiple times I can look back now and be like, "damn girl, you did that!" there's always a small voice in my mind questioning if I can do it again.
So, I'm wondering and putting this out there for my all my fellow professionals who are driven, confident and doing amazing things..does imposter syndrome ever really go away?
Maybe it's there for a reason. To push us harder and prove it wrong, over and over and over again. But, I do sometimes wish there was a way to silence it 🤐
