Materials are sourced intentionally, designs are refined, and production is thoughtfully scheduled in collaboration with skilled artisan partners. Nothing we create is pulled from a shelf or rushed through a process and that’s exactly what makes the final experience so meaningful.
Bespoke work requires patience. It requires space for craftsmanship to unfold the way it’s meant to. And most importantly, it requires respect for the people and processes behind the product.
As our business has grown, we’ve had the opportunity to take on increasingly custom, design-forward projects; experiences that demand a high level of care, coordination, and attention to detail. With that growth comes the responsibility to protect the integrity of the work and the teams who bring it to life.
For that reason, we’re implementing a clearer project confirmation policy moving forward.
All projects must now be formally confirmed at least six weeks prior to the event start date with larger or more complex activations requiring longer lead times. Confirmation includes a signed Statement of Work and an initial deposit. This timeline allows us to reserve production capacity, secure materials, and deliver the level of craftsmanship and execution our clients expect without compromise.
This isn’t about slowing things down. It’s about honoring the process.
